Creating Along the Event Horizon

The past event horizon is what actually happened. The past variable in time and space is what appears as happening (ie is remembered). The where and when or both are distorted from the event horizon across a denial zone.

There is a relationship between the spread in the past time-space and the future time-space (possible outcomes/consequences). The more certain one is of one’s future (the primary outcome) the narrower there are undetermined possibilities, thus an increase in actual memory.

The future as a primary arises as responsibility and comes from a path or past for which one accepts responsibility. To the degree one refuses to accept responsibility for the past, one will experience a lack of control of the future.

Uncovering/re-experiencing seeming events from the past in which you seem to have no control (responsibility) lead inevitably to a future which retains that responsibility. Worse than that, re-experiencing the past event locks it into the present by making the memory distortion into a real happening.

Because most people cannot accept their responsibility of the past, the easiest solution is to separate the past from the future and work entirely on the primary outcomes. Thus, where you are now and where you want to be without referencing where you once were. As the future possibilities (diversity) narrow into a path of deliberation the past event horizon becomes increasingly clear.

This article reveals that what we think happened is often not what actually happened at all. Trying to resolve a memory of something that didn’t actually happen at all leads into unknown territory. In other words memory is an unreliable source for events. Projecting out from a memory that didn’t actually happen is “leading one up the garden path”, even if it is yourself doing it. Time to start where you are and focus your attention on clarifying what in the present stops you getting where you want to be.

On the Eve of the release of The Matrix Resurrections movie

On the eve of the release of next film The Matrix Resurrections it is as well to review what the two paths represent. I came across this exposition elsewhere on the web, so rather than reiterate it I am posting it here.

The RED Pill is the path of Philosophy and Reasoning and Critical Thinking and Science and testing. The BLUE Pill is that of simple and uncritical belief and emotional decision making. Which shall it be? Education and the Liberal Arts and Sciences are about the Red Pill.

One of the core themes of The Matrix is the concept that if you want to transform your world, you must first identify how you have been programmed, decide whether the programming is accurate, then decide whether to reprogram yourself.

You will be challenged in a Philosophy class and in many classes. How will you respond to the challenge that education poses to your beliefs, to your blue pill world?

As a simple start to the Red Pill path or some further steps along that path you might go to look to find five of the beliefs that you held to be true that you later discovered are not true. Or perhaps more easy to find ones that you consider true and other people don’t. Another exercise would be to realize that you already should be aware that things are not always as they appear to be or as we are led to believe. Name one such thing in your life.

This should open up to the possibility that not all beliefs that we hold to be true are actually true and that it would be of great value to question beliefs and to examine them to determine which beliefs have more evidence and reason to support them and distinguish them from others with less support. Philosophy is a method for doing that examination concerning some of the most basic questions and issues human have ever confronted.

THERE IS A WARNING: the dangers of the Blue Pill

Thinking that the Blue Pill is the way to go, the Blue Pill will provide you with comfort and security and stability and order will involve great costs to those that use that approach to life. Notice that these are actually the values held by those with a Conservative persuasion. Not that I want to make this particularly political, because the other side of the house holds equally self-destructive ideas. All politicians are sales clerks to the masses.

It will imperil a society dominated by this type of uncritical thinking. It exposes those who use it to greater risks of infections and diseases as they will not use the latest scientific findings about the causes of illnesses and the spread of disease. (Again I didn’t write this and the aim is not to take sides here only to invite questions.)

It permits people to hold stereotypical and prejudicial notions of other peoples and to act on false claims. It supports racist and sexist ideas and practices and other forms of irrational discriminations and injustices based on uncritical beliefs. It subjects practitioners of the Blue Pill path to victimization by charlatans and hucksters and those that operate ponzi schemes based on irrational hope. The definition of a pyramid scheme is top-down benefits. Based on this Governments and Business are pyramid schemes.

The Blue Pill path is attractive to those with concern for self over others and for the present over the long term but it too often proves to be quite the opposite of what was hoped for when choosing the Blue Pill. So here we all stand with offers of Blue Pill or the Red? Do you want to stay in the dream or wake up to the possibilities and their inherent uncertainty. Waking up to the dream is likely to be a traumatic event and knowing that at any moment one could just as easily fall asleep again.

Every now and then an astrological twist appears in the evolutionary chart for the present moment. Not many astrologers have come to terms with the appearance of Eris, but it is clear that when a significant new planet arrives it sets a new point of focus.

The appearance of Eris marks a phase of exposure, the uncovering of corruption and a renewal to the “rule of law”. In true fashion Eris is seen as disruptive and a traitor, but in reality she exposes the lies and deceit of those who support the real criminals.

On November 9^th 2019 transiting Mars opposes Eris exactly making a T-square aspect to Pluto in its last phases in Capricorn. This is a particularly potent placement because both planets are in the sign opposite to the one they each rule. That is Mars rules Aries but is transiting Libra and Eris rules Libra but is transiting Aries. They are said to be in detriment or in a weak and powerless state.

It is probably good that this is the case because of the damage they might bring if this wasn’t the case. With both being square to Pluto it is unavoidable that there must be a marked transformation occurring at this time. Considering each planet individually will shine some light on the overall interaction.

Mars is a dominating driven and self-indulgent energy, useful for starting things and getting them done. This me-first energy is held to account when it passes through Libra, the sign of building connections and relationships, a collective intelligence. When a person has finally discovered who they are, they will look towards who they are in relationship to others. Mars has a great difficulty seeing beyond its own desires and will. Libra is a sign of diplomacy, harmony and balance which is far from the Martian mindset. Mars transiting Libra is short-term lasting only from 4^th October 2019 to 20^th November 2019.

Eris, known as the planet of disruption does so in order to bring balance to the forces. Eris is the planet of exposure, expose, and as a result brings truth to the surface and with that justice and penalty. Being the furthest planet from the sun it is also slow to move, long acting. There has always been a phase about the “long arm of the law”, saying that eventually the criminal will be brought to justice. As Eris transits through Aries we can all see this in action. We are being called to account for the criminal assault on our planet Earth, as an example. Eris transiting Aries is long-term, it has been here since 1926 to 2047.

As these two fight for supremacy, Pluto draws into its power to transform Capricorn. Pluto has been bringing its life and death potency to the old structures and services. For any renewal to occur first there must be destruction. This is the Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma trinity of gods, whereby Brahma creates, Vishnu preserves and Shiva destroys in an endless cycle. Capricorn holds the key to the money system, time structure and persistent forms, in many ways it is the preserver and Pluto destroys to bring about change and re-creation.

Eris is cautionary in bringing justice to the change. It is as much the consequences that must result from actions. Karma is another word for justice, and so Eris is the planet of Karma, because karma is not upheld in the courts of law, but in the eternal balances of unseen consequences. In this next few weeks the world will see true justice being brought, especially to those who would rule by force.

On 3^rd October 2019 Pluto turns stationary direct after 4 months of retrograde movement. This follows only a week or so of Saturn ending its retrograde pattern. These are two of the timing planets, with Saturn measuring in the social / cultural realm and Pluto marking generational transformations.

With this in mind in a week when the next generation directly confronts the ruling classes, and the impending elections of 2020 when for the first time the combined new generations will out-number the baby boomers, these mark a major shift in the social order.

Rather than present another version of the classic astrological reading, I want to comment on what the Sabian symbols offer. The symbols themselves unfold in a five degree pattern with each degree signified by a symbolic form. The reknowned astrologer Dane Rudhyar wrote a book giving a more detailed interpretation of each one. So let us look at three of these, Mars, Saturn and Pluto.

If we take the exact moment that Pluto turns from stationary retrograde to stationary direct then Mars is at exactly 0^o Libra, which in Sabian terms is 30^o Virgo. For the purposes of this description I will add the 1^o Libra symbol to understand what the driving force changes to.

30^o Virgo symbol – Totally Intent upon completing an Immediate Task, a Man is Deaf to Any Allurement. It is clear that for any goal or task to be successful a person has to place all their attention and energy towards the task. This is to put every attention on the present actions and forget the past. It is interesting to see that Mars is in opposition to Chiron, the planet of healing which incidently also rules the sign of Virgo. This is where we are, but by the time that Pluto actually moves direct, Mars will be in Libra.

1^o Libra symbol – In a Collection of Perfect Specimens of Many Biological Forms, a Butterfly Displays the Beauty of its Wings, its Body Impaled by a Fine Dart. This symbol suggests something extraordinary because the beauty is preserved by the sacrifice. Jesus lasted 2000 years through the sacrifice of crucifixion. So having put all of one’s attention towards transforming the old, there lies the ultimate sacrifice which sets the task aside as of great beauty and worthiness.

15° Capricorn, Saturn Direct – In a Hospital, the Children’s Ward is Filled with Toys. The Keynote here is: The responsibility of society to ensure the welfare and total health of the new generation.

With this symbol it becomes abundantly clear what the previous symbols are referring to. The young Swedish teenager, Greta Thunberg, who with complete focus and dedication has set the task of bringing healing to the planet, and with it she has set herself up as a sacrificial target, whose name, most likely will go down in history.

So the symbol refers to how the pressures of everyday life can easily distort and destroy the future. It points to the claim for socio-political power produces social conditions which endanger the healthy and spiritual unfoldment of a community, and especially of its children. Clearly this is what is happening in this moment.

Finally we come to Pluto. 

21° Capricorn, Pluto is stationary direct – A Relay Race. The point here is that this is not a competition of individuals but between competing for their point of view, their perspectives. Nowhere is this more clear than in the UK Brexit. The symbol suggests that this is a race not a war where the winner takes all. It emphasizes the value of group cooperation and of necessary give-and-take. With so much at stake Pluto marks the territory of Life and Death; the interrelationships of polar opposites. In many ways Pluto has been holding back for the past four months, assessing what is going to happen, where the transformation needs to occur. Now it is about to be unleashed and Pluto always arrives in dramatic fashion. Like many horror movies it circulates in the background, you know its there but you’re not quite sure when it will make its entrance.

As I have pointed out before, New Zealand is the first major country to herald in a new day. This happened when the nations of the world decided, in 1884, where to draw the International Date Line. The world decided to assign NZ as the world light, or the bringer of the dawn.

The winter/summer solstice occurs when the sun reaches its furthest point North on the tropic of Cancer.  The Sabian symbol for the solstice in NZ is with the Ascendant at 3^o Pisces. For those who would like to know, the solstice happens at 10.08pm NZDT. There is a Sabian symbol for each of the 360^o of the ecliptic. We consider the principle outlined with the symbol when using it in an interpretive way.

PHASE 333 (PISCES 3°): PETRIFIED TREE TRUNKS LIE BROKEN ON DESERT SAND.

KEYNOTE: The power to preserve records of their achievements which is inherent in fully matured cultures.

When a vast group of men succeed in building a culture with strong institutions which express themselves in significant symbols and works of art or literature, such an effort of many generations is rarely lost altogether. In one form or another, records of this culture endure or are mysteriously preserved, simply because they reveal the place and function of this particular culture in the long process of unfoldment of the potentialities inherent in archetypal MAN. It is such a concept that has been mythified and popularized in the religious idea of the resurrection of the dead on the Last Day. The symbol of petrified wood in the Arizona desert, however, tells us that the actual preservation of the records is never perfect or total. Only fragments remain, significant enough to reveal the essential archetypal form.

This third symbol of the sixty-seventh five-fold sequence brings the promise of social immortality — i.e. the preservation of the enduring (because archetypally meaningful) factors in whatever man attempts within his culture. A symbol of INDESTRUCTIBILITY.

The ascendant might answer the question, “where are we up to?” In a time of ‘fake news’, and to be very clear here, all media news is fake. The media and governments are propaganda machines being fed a sequence of stories and lies which they duly pass on and straight-faced insist are true, while the war machine and its PR cohorts gain billions if not trillions of tax-payer funds to create mayhem around the world.

After this, little remains behind, only fragments of the past, broken bodies and souls of those people who were in the way for the great cleanse, and the New World Order for a Global Elite and their slaves. Thus, the rebellion gains momentum, and new generation fights to dominate technology which the system finds hard to control. Others, the elders watch on and fight with them, or stand aside and passively accept the inevitable result. This is an important issue for small and leading countries such as New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and possibly Sweden and Australia. The essential ingredient from this symbol is that no matter how much is done the cultural legacy is indestructible.

The symbol for the mid-heaven describes where we’re going, so it says that if we up to this point, whereto from here?

PHASE 239 (SCORPIO 29°): AN INDIAN SQUAW PLEADING TO THE CHIEF FOR THE LIVES OF HER CHILDREN.

KEYNOTE: Love as a principle of redemption.

Here the soul is presented as a mother whose sons (i.e. her active energies) have become disruptive forces in the collective life of the tribe. She seeks to counteract the karma of their misdeeds through her love and implorations. The soul is responsive to the experience of unity (the spiritual king or chief) but the energies of human nature often follow their self-seeking, divisive tendencies.

This is the fourth symbol of the forty-eighth sequence. It presents us with the value of prayer. The principle of wholeness in man — the soul — acts to offset or attenuate the dictates of karma. In a religious sense, Mary, the Mother, is seen as the Mediatrix, in constant acts of INTERCESSION for the sake of waylaid individuals.

Now here it becomes obvious. Karma must play out that which we, as a family or species, have unleashed on our home and our playground. We’re pleading to the Divine nature for forgiveness for the children of our inaction. There is a sadness to this degree where we, at least the baby boomers, can look back at the sixties and seventies and the “summer of love.” Here was the promise, the rebellion and the hope that we would be the “ones.” And now we are the mainstay of greed and the take and spend generation. This is the generation that had the good times, that own two or three or even a whole “portfolio” of houses which the young can never expect to own. The same people look on their luck, and prosperity as if they have actually done something, rather than being caught in the deliberate plan to create a slave state. These are the people who listen to the PR news and vote into office the criminals that continue to steal and cause war and suffering, and who will be crying they are innocents.

Retrograding (traveling backwards from Earth’s perspective) planets Saturn and Pluto are “stuck” in the 11th house along with the dark moon Lilith. Really these are the limitations, the underworld and the dark belly of humanity and its transformation. The 11th house apart from ruling friendships in our lives, this is the house of our personal liberation. It is a place where we set free from obligations, make turns, recognize our wishes, and realize how great our minds are. This is a house that represents all non-profit organizations, different groups, clubs and societies, as well as higher associations and acquaintances of like-minded attitudes. This house is here to support us and blow wind in our sails, as a place where we find people who approve of our personality without judgment.

The nature of this house also shows everyone in our lives we will talk to in a spontaneous, liberated manner. It is a place where our work gives benefits, the house of our pension and the money we put aside after we’re done with all regular responsibilities. It is the house that rewards all of our career efforts and everything that was done with a goal to truly evolve and become a better person. This is a place of all wishes and desires, and a house we all have to visit often enough to understand the collective a little better. In this regard it is the house of hope for the future. Saturn shows it is the financial system, banks, governments and other traditional organizations where we are stuck. Pluto brings out the underworld and the process of growth through death, that here too we’re stuck. Unable to go forward and backwards is to a tortuous death. Lilith is the underbelly of dark potent sexuality, or the forbidden appearing as an alternative to progress.

Wowee! Doesn’t anything get better? I always love it when astrology feeds back on itself and keeps broadcasting aspects of the same message. When something is hard for us to hear, it needs repeating again and again.

So lets look at where Chiron, the wounded healer sits, at 3^o Aries. Chiron may offer us some way out of this crisis

PHASE 3 (ARIES 3°): THE CAMEO PROFILE OF A MAN, SUGGESTING THE SHAPE OF HIS COUNTRY.

KEYNOTE: The sustaining power of the Whole, as the individual identifies themselves with It’s life.

Having become objectively aware of their nature and basic humanity, the individualizing person finds power and inner security in realizing their essential identity with the section of the universe in which they operate. They and it seem to the consciousness united in a cosmic-planetary process – in a “participation mystique.” Metaphysically expressed, this is the concept of the identity of Atman and Brahman. In another sense, through the ability to identify themselves with the complex of life activities surrounding them, the individual person can become truly, not only an image and representation of the Whole of their natal environment (local, planetary and perhaps eventually cosmic), but an agent through whom the Whole may express itself in an act of creative resonance and outpouring. This is the avatar ideal — the ideal of a “transpersonal” life and consciousness totally consecrated to and directed by a divine Power. This Power can also be conceived as the archetypal Self, the Christ-principle as it operates in and through an individual person and destiny who have become its outward manifestation in order to meet a collective human need.

The concept of the formal-structural identity of the universal macrocosm and the human microcosm is a very important one, as it manifests itself at many levels. It provided an inner sense of security and harmonic strength to archaic man. To the modern individual assailed by surface evidence of meaninglessness and futility it gives a feeling of participation in the vast tide of evolution. It is the answer to the tragic sense of alienation so prevalent today.

This symbol characterizes the third stage of the first five-fold sequence of phases: the stage of PARTICIPATION IN A GREATER LIFE.

I think it is clear that resurrection can only follow on from crucifixion. In this I mean that until a person stands alone and calls out the dishonesty and travesty that surrounds them, nothing changes. The great Master Jesus, as the story says, calls the Hebrew leaders who have sold the synagogue to the highest bidders to account. He shows how they are accepting money for their willingness to sell a specific set of rules and regulations that benefit a few. Nothing has changed. They turn on him, as indeed they must and which He knows will lead to the “passion of Christ.” Jesus knows the sacrifice he will make, that will test him to the edge. It is through this passion He finds eternal life. We’re still remembering Him, talking about Him, looking up to and for Him. But can we find Him, except through the passion, our passion.

Of course there are other points to consider. Venus (the feminine) lies at 9^o Leo in an almost exact opposition to Mars (the masculine) at 10^o Aquarius.

PHASE 129 (LEO 9°): GLASS BLOWERS SHAPE BEAUTIFUL VASES WITH THEIR CONTROLLED BREATHING.

KEYNOTE: The need to involve one’s most spiritual and vital energies in the creative act’ if it is to produce significant and beautiful new forms.

The breath represents the power of the spirit, animator of all living manifestations. Because the glass blower uses his breath to shape the glass vessels, he is a fitting symbol of how deeply any creative individual has to involve his total being in his creation. He is also using the fire of the spirit — transpersonal inspiration — or, in another sense, the fire of deeply felt emotions. Any creative activity which does not involve both the “breath” and the “fire” cannot transform into beautiful artworks — or indeed into any new form of order — the raw materials, remains of the past (the “sand”).

This fourth stage of the twenty-sixth sequence symbolically shows us the technique required in true and successful transforming activity. It always implies CREATIVE INTENSITY.

PHASE 310 (AQUARIUS 10°): A MAN WHO HAD FOR A TIME BECOME THE EMBODIMENT OF A POPULAR IDEAL IS MADE TO REALIZE THAT AS A PERSON HE IS NOT THIS IDEAL.

KEYNOTE: The need to deal with human beings as persons rather than as screens upon which one projects one’s dream and ideal.

Here we have a final statement on the relationship between mental-spiritual vision and living reality, between persons and the ideal they appear to incarnate, between the “great lover Image” and one’s need for love — a love his presence stimulated and aroused. The “star” on the movie screen is not the actual person. The star’s popularity fades away, the person remains. What has this episode of popularity actually done to the person? This is a question that can be applied to a great variety of circumstances.

This fifth symbol in the sixty-second sequence brings to our attention an issue that is basic and may confront us in various forms. Person versus archetype. This can mean a critical need for SELF-REVALUATION.

So what does this balancing act reveal. In the depth of winter the seed lies dormant but not dead. It is a time of preparation for the greatest act of creative intensity as the New Dawn begins. It is a time for real honest critical self-revaluation, to look yourself into your eyes and see what you are and have become. To discover what is your passion what are you ready to die for? For when you’re ready to die, only then are you ready to live.

I want to apologise to those people who live in other countries. Of course, your moment will be different. Astrology often used Greenwich in the UK as the marker point for the planetary chart. I am saying that it should be the place in which the day starts, and this is more important now as our species is no longer divided by nations, but are unified as a planet.

In the beginning there was nothing; nothing at all. No light, no life, no consciousness, no movement, no breath. In the beginning of time and in the Void the Oldest of Old Gods, Ometeotl, was formed.

Toltec tradition says there are two possibilities, the Nagual and the Tonal. The Nagual is the eternal nothingness, more generally known as the unknowable or unspeakable. The Tonal is everything else; everything that can be named or distinguished.

It is the nature of things that Ometeotl, Creator of the Universe, was both masculine and feminine. This is why the Supreme First God was able to create himself-herself, because he-she could bear life alone. And so it was that the Oldest of Old Gods began the Creation in the dark emptiness that was nothing.

The Nagual is neither masculine or feminine, or both. One is active and the other receptive. Both are equal and dissimilar. Like calculus in mathematics, there is a need for differentiation as much as for integration. To value the heart over the mind is as imbalanced as valuing logic over intuition.

Ometeotl was the first existence to be. This Oldest of Old Gods was therefore, everything that was. When everything exists in one being, all opposites unite. The Creator is both generator of chaos and giver of harmony and order. Ometeotl is both spirit and matter, fire and water, black and white, stillness and movement, life and death, creator and destroyer, and the embodiment of good and evil. Because of this, the Oldest of Old Gods is called the God of Duality, and is the divinity where opposites converge in a supreme manifestation of The All.

In the nothingness of the Void, Ometeotl, The First God, created himself-herself, thought himself-herself up, invented himself-herself, in order to initiate The Beginning, and thus generate all that would exist thereafter. Giver of life and the one who takes it away, the Oldest God both creates and destroys in order to generate Ollin, the sacred movement in continuum, which gives impulse to our world.

In the Nagual nothing can exist but potential resides until there is the slightest movement (action) which creates both Time (active) and Space (the container). The emergence of the Tonal or impulse for our world, comes from the differentiation of opponents (polarity) and the ensuing integration into All That Is.

I wrote a blog post some time ago on the planet Eris. Following the political, climatic and geophysical events of the last few months I feel it time to write another. Few astrologers seem to have commented on the nature and influence of Eris and I think this is quite an oversight. In homeopathy the greater the dilution factor the greater the potency of the remedy, which works at deeper levels and over a greater period of time. The same applies to the outer planets in astrology, and Eris is the outermost of all in the solar system.

Saturn is the last planet that is seen with the naked eye, meaning it has the greatest impact on the physical world. Beyond that we find Uranus the first planet representing consciousness with generational influences. Actually, to be totally correct astrologically, we have the captured comet Chiron lying between Uranus and Saturn, which is said to rule healing, but because it rules the sign of Virgo I suggest it also represents science in its true nature of revealing truths.

Beyond Uranus comes the giant Neptune followed by the demoted dwarf planet and moon, Pluto and Charon, and finally the tiny dwarf Eris of which we know very little astronomically. The relationships between these outer planets is a commentary on the way things are transforming. They are transforming because the central planet of the outer three is Pluto, the planet of transformation.

However, the main point of this blog is the present, and the patterns that are in action. Eris has been in the sign of Aries since 1927 and will remain until 2049, however at this particular moment Uranus will cross over an exact conjunction with Eris in early March 2017, exactly when the Sun is transversing Aries as well. All this while that conjunction is squaring Pluto in the sign of Capricorn. This means that what astrologers are generally saying is potentised by the deeper influences activated by Eris.

To really understand this we need to remember that Eris was the only Goddess not invited to the wedding of Peleus and Thetis. Peleus and his brother Telamon killed their half-brother Phocus, and that left something that needed investigation (needs to be focused on). Thetis bore the child Achilles and dipped him in the river Styx to give him immortality. Unfortunately she held him by the heel and that left him with a vulnerability. This demonstrates that something can emerge from this relationship that seems to offer safety but which has a serious flaw.

The goddess of discord and chaos, Eris brought a golden apple to the wedding on which was inscribed “to the fairest”. When she rolled the apple into the feasting guests it was fought over by Hera, Aphrodite and Athena. Paris was chosen to decide to whom it belonged. He chose Aphrodite because she promised he would marry the most beautiful woman, who turned out to be Helen of Troy. The “apple of discord” is a euphemism for the crux of a small argument that leads to a great dispute that leads to war.

Eris had 14 daughters: Ponos (Pain/Toil/Labour), Lethe (Forgetfulness/Oblivion), Limos (Famine), the Algea (Pains/Sorrows), the Hysminae (Fightings/Combat), the Machae (Battles/Combat), the Phonoi (Murders/Slaughters), the Androctasiae (Manslaughterers), the Neicea (Quarrels), the Pseudea (Lies/Falsehoods), the Amphillogiae (Disputes), Ate (Ruin/Blind folly), Horcus (Oath), and Dysnomia (Anarchy/Lawlessness).

From these you can see what the fruits of Eris’s labour are. How many of these have we born into our world? Yet it didn’t have to be that way. It was only because Eris was barred from the wedding that she bore malice. As I pointed out in my last blog, like all planets Eris has two sides, one is Divine Justice and the other is Divine Retribution. She brings to the surface those things that need to be healed. Something that is covered up will continue to fester until it is exposed or made transparent.

As we enter this new paradigm, and to simplify and de-mystify it, I will say in the age of the internet of things, it is easier to create false flag episodes as well as present exposure. So what happened when Eris entered Aries in 1927? Look it up.

Here are some of the interesting things. In China an earthquake measuring 8.6 on Richter scale struck Xining, killing 200,000 people. More major than the meagre ones happening now. Josef Stalin took control in Russia and expelled Trotsky. Stalin took charge of the death of between 34 to 49 million people. The greatest national disaster in US history was the Great Mississippi Flood which affected 700,000 people. Water flooded an area of twenty-seven thousand square miles. Staying with the US, striking miners from the Columbine Mine were massacred with machine gun fire at Serene by Colorado State Rangers. In Britain, a 1000 people a week died from an influenza epidemic, and the list goes on.

It is also interesting that in 1927, Uranus was also conjuncting with Eris even though Eris had not yet come into human consciousness. At that time, Pluto was not in the picture at all, whereas it is now the focus of what is known as a T-square. Jupiter is opposing Uranus/Eris, with both squaring Pluto. Pluto being the planet of transformation tells us that in order to move forward, to evolve, to expand our position (Jupiter), we have to come to terms with a radical shift (Uranus) towards bringing in the principles inherent in the Aquarian age, being Responsibility, Accountability, and Transparency. If we cannot make that radical shift then Eris’s daughters will make their presence felt even more.

How you choose to interpret this in line with the present situation around the globe I leave up to the individual. I have noticed that world events are systemic consequences of national ones, which arise from very personal experiences and actions. The reality is that we all do get what we deserve. Events occur, but it is how you choose to respond that matters. There is a story told about Gurdjieff who was in Paris during the Nazi occupation. Asked how it was for him, he replied “what are you talking about? What has this to do with anything?” He continued to live and continue his work as before. There might be disruptions, but this is to be expected as Eris brings in the needed justice, or the retribution. As I mentioned in my previous post, the statue of Eris has always stood on top of the Old Bailey courthouse in London.

So what does this mean in practical terms? What predictions can I make? Many people are looking for predictions as a way to defend and protect themselves from what is going to happen. Actually, the only thing that is going to happen is what you create for yourself. At this time too, so many people are struggling to get into their hearts, as if this too is the solution. Accompanying this is the idea the head, thinking, is the trouble maker, that the heart is all about loving and not also about desiring. If you were to distinguish between the two wouldn’t that require the head? You can have the best intentions, the most profound realisations, the most loving feelings, but unless you put these into practice then how useful were they? The old saying is so true; “the streets of hell are paved with good intentions”.

Eris brings this to the foreground. By our own actions will we be judged. With the unexpected influence of Uranus, Eris delivers to us instant karma. It is not for us to worry what is another’s justice, only that we stay present and responsive. Eris will bring what is personally needed, never fear, unless you are being dishonest with yourself or others.
